Contact the Fines Unit

The Fines Unit collects legal costs and fines on behalf of the entire police force and considers issues relating to automatic speed control. The Unit also considers applications for reductions of fines, instalment plans and extensions of payment.

Self-service portal

 

See photo and identify driver

If you have received a speeding fine and want to see the photo, or if you want to acknowledge that you were the driver of the vehicle, you can do so through our self-service portal. The photo is available 24 hours after and for up to 30 days from the time when you received the fine.

Forward documents

If you have been asked to forward a copy of your driving licence, a contract of sale or other types of evidence of transfer of ownership, you can access our self-service portal below.

Issue a power of attorney

If you want to authorise another person to contact the police on your behalf, you must issue a power of attorney.
Please note that the person issuing the power of attorney must use his or her own MitID to sign the power of attorney.

Please note that if you do not have MitID, you can fill in the power of attorney below, print it and send it to the Administrative Centre of the Police.
